Job Description

Role Summary

Asegurar la disponibilidad de material para su transferencia de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los clientes, manteniendo el inventario en el nivel señalado en los objetivos. 

Main Tasks

Asegurar la existencia de materiales para la producción. 

Verificar la existencia de materiales específicos en sistema (SAP).  Planear y dar seguimiento a los materiales en tiempo y cantidad.  Administrar y dar seguimiento al consumo de materiales en planta.  Definir y adquirir las materias primas y componentes a diferentes proveedores manejando tiempos de entrega y demanda de clientes. Revisar plan de producción. Informar la llegada de materiales a almacén. Coordinar y aprobar la recolección de materiales con tráfico. Dar seguimiento a materiales críticos e informar a las áreas involucradas Verificar la existencia de empaques y químicos para dar seguimiento a entregas y detectar faltas. Dar seguimiento a consumo de resinas.

 
Controlar y mantener niveles óptimos de inventario.

Informar niveles de inventario.

Your Profile

Escolaridad:

Ingeniero Industrial /Licenciatura en comercio Internacional / Licenciatura en Administración o afín.

Experiencia:

2 años en la industria automotriz  1 año en manejo de SAP  2 años en puesto similar 

Habilidades:

Toma de Decisión.  Capacidad de análisis 

Competencias Técnicas:

Ingles Conversacional Conocimiento de ERP (SAP)  Conocimiento de MRP Administración de inventarios Cadena de suministro  Sistema de Gestión de Medio ambiente y Calidad (MMS)  Lineamientos de Mejora Continua 

Requisitos Adicionales:

Disponibilidad de horario y para viajar. #LI-Onsite
