Accounting Intern – CDMX
We are hiring an Accounting Intern who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.
As an intern, you will be doing
Participate on account reconciliation process. Elaborate and submit account reconciliation assigned. Accounting Reports Tie out. Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation. Prepare financial templates for samples requested by auditors. Collect supporting information from physical papers to share with auditors. Participate on manual costing process. Electronic Invoice review. Travel Expenses report review. SoP elaboration. Who you are:Required Skills and Competencies
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. To graduate at least in December 2025 or later. Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm. Advanced English level. Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills. General knowledge of Mexican tax law. Experience with accounting software.Preferred Skills and Competencies Ability to multi-task. Organization skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to listen, understand and apply critical thinking to understand business needs. Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office.
