The person who holds the position must comply with the following responsibilities:
Play a central role in leading the curriculum development, implementation, and improvement for grades K-5. Lead the creation, review, update, and implementation of the Lower School curriculum. Ensure alignment with national and international standards and best educational practices. " Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the KG / Primary curriculum and educational standards. Integrate innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities." "Individualized Instruction: Differentiate instruction to address the diverse needs of students and ensure all learners reach their full potential. Collaborate with special education staff to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)." "Technology Integration: Incorporate educational technology tools and resources to enhance the learning experience. Foster digital literacy skills and responsible technology use among students." "Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, including grade-level teams and subject-area departments, to share best practices and promote a cohesive educational experience." "Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest educational research, trends, and pedagogical approaches." "Extracurricular Involvement: Actively participate in or lead extracurricular activities, clubs, or committees that contribute to the overall school community." "Continual Self-Reflection: Engage in reflective practices to continually assess and improve teaching methods and classroom effectiveness.""Adherence to Policies: Adhere to school policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards."
