Escolaridad: Ing. en Calidad, Industrial, Eléctrico, Electromecánico, Mecatrónico. Experiencia Profesional: 3 a 5 años de experiencia en calidad, giro automotriz deseable Conocimientos Técnicos: Interpretación de dibujos y planos en diseño GD&T, Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA/PCP, SPC, MSA, PPAP), Experto en Análisis de Solución de Problemas (5Why’s, 8D’s), - Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing, Mejora Continua, Lecciones Aprendidas, gestión de cambios, Manejo de KPI’s Idiomas Inglés intermedio Disponibilidad para rolar turnos. Habilidades / Competencias: comprometido con la seguridad, proactivo, responsable y trabajo en equipo. Deseable manejo de SAPTus responsabilidades
Desarrollar estándares de calidad, hojas de instrucciones de inspección, auditorías de planes de control, procedimientos y prácticas para asegurar la Calidad en procesos productivos. Lidera análisis de solución de problemas, y desarrolla proyectos de mejora continua para lograr optimización, control y mejora de los procesos Asegura la implementación del Quality Management Systems & Techniques (QMST) Líder en desarrollo de AMEF Asistir y auditar el proceso de Inspección y liberación de Ensambles y Embarques Gestión, manejo y administración de producto No Conforme. Gestionar el uso de sorteadora Comunicación efectiva con las líneas de producción y almacenes Responsabilidad de cumplir y/o hacer cumplir los protocolos, políticas, lineamientos y competencias del sistema de gestión integral vigentes (EHS, Calidad)Tus oportunidades de crecimiento personal
