The position
As an IT Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities: Analyze and fulfill business needs by collaborating with IT and Line of Business stakeholders to develop and maintain the NOVO CONNECT platform Support IT stakeholders in delivering on-time and quality solutions that meet end-user needs across Therapeutic Areas and Functions; engage with IT stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and their impact on business strategies and procedures Assist stakeholders in posting content on the NOVO CONNECT platform Contribute to the development and maturing of the NOVO CONNECT platform and other applications; identify opportunities and solutions that can be leveraged across business functions and understand their impact on other areas of the organization Partner with stakeholders to define project opportunities and manage projects from idea to post-implementation; coordinate and manage content updates on the Novo Connect platform Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Upload you resume in English Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail 5 years of experience in: Process improvement, stakeholder management, data analysis, and system implementation Experience in identifying inefficiencies in business processes and proposing solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs Successful history of engaging with stakeholders at various levels within an organization to understand their needs, communicate requirements, and ensure that business solutions align with strategic objectives Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to derive actionable insights, develop business cases, and support decision-making processes In-depth involvement in the implementation of new systems, software, or process changes, including participation in user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support About the department The IT Commercial department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s information technology resources and software applications,.
