Amazon Transportation Service está buscando un especialista en el centro de operaciones de retransmisión (ROC) para respaldar los recorridos de líneas nacionales e internacionales.

En esta función, será responsable del rendimiento y la operación generales de los transportes directos entrantes y salientes.

Un Especialista en Operaciones de Red facilita el flujo de información entre las diferentes partes interesadas: Centros de Cumplimiento, Transportistas, Centros de Clasificación y Estaciones de Entrega.

Un especialista en transporte brinda una resolución oportuna al problema en cuestión investigando y consultando herramientas internas, tomando decisiones en tiempo real y teniendo una comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas.
Un candidato ideal debe poder comprender el problema y ser capaz de impulsar la experiencia del cliente sin comprometer el tiempo y los costos. El candidato debe tener la comprensión básica de la logística y debe poder comunicarse claramente en forma verbal y escrita. El candidato debe ser capaz de recomendar mejoras de procesos y debe tener la pasión de llevarlas a cabo. También debe mostrar propiedad y puede realizar tareas repetitivas.

Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• Supervise proactivamente la actividad de Line Haul para identificar, abordar y prevenir problemas potenciales
• Desarrollar y ejecutar planes efectivos de recuperación del servicio según sea necesario
• Identifique y elimine las causas raíz de los defectos para impulsar la eficiencia en las operaciones de transporte de línea de Amazon
• Trabaje dentro de varias limitaciones de tiempo para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales críticas, mientras mide e identifica las actividades realizadas y garantiza que se cumplan los requisitos del servicio.
• Apoyar las iniciativas de mejora continua para ayudar a mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad del proceso
• Seguimiento en vivo de tráileres y resolución de incidencias u organización de alternativas en caso de cualquier incidencia
• Retroalimentación al equipo de Programación y Gestión de Line Haul sobre observaciones operativas para respaldar procesos mejorados y ajustes/consideraciones de planificación según sea necesario
• Trabajar en un entorno dinámico con la capacidad de empatizar y priorizar las necesidades del cliente
• Demostrar propiedad para resolver problemas desafiantes de los clientes, escalando cuando sea necesario
• Gestionar la creación semanal de los horarios del transportista nacional y modificarlos si es necesario
