About the role

As a Technical Sales Support (Presales Consultant) you provide technical support for Siemens CAD/CAM (mainly NX) product line and directly contribute to the success of a team of product specialists and account managers by increasing the deployment of NX. You will help to capture our customers’ needs and translate them into a compelling proposition, providing product demonstrations to show the value of our powerful solutions for primarily the automotive & aerospace markets (but working with other industries like Consumer Product, Energy, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Machinery, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering expertise in the application(s) of the NX portfolio, in the form of Presales support to customers throughout the Mesoamerica region (Mexico + Central America) You will be a Solutions Consultant Engineer specializing in CAD and CAM, understanding and contributing to the strategy of the NX solution in different markets such as automotive, aerospace & industrial applications. Assisting clients in the evaluation process, helping sales teams determine strategies by matching our software solutions to the customer's needs through your analysis. Also through to deployment and use of NX Performing demonstrations of the solution and provide technical support to customers, through training and technical problem solving. Working with product development to communicate the needs of the customer in order for those teams to develop new technology & enhancements to the NX portfolio.

Qualifications:

Degree/or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field You must have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as an ability to build relationships with our customers. Presales experience is not essential, if you are from industry (e.g. Automotive, Aerospace, etc), and you are a selfstarter / sales oriented then please apply. You will have an ability to communicate with different levels, e.g. project and department leaders as well as to executives / CLevel. An ability to deliver compelling, well-structured, value-based demonstrations. Both in Spanish and English. Experience with Mechanical CAD/CAM software, such as NX, Catia, Solid Edge, Solidworks,etc. Experience of working within any of these sectors an advantage: Aerospace and Defence, Automotive or Heavy Equipment
