About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sr. Corporate Accountant in Mexico, this position will be responsible for supporting the accounting of 4 corporate entities. It will be responsible of the accounts payable process, travel expense audit and reporting, accounts receivable, invoicing, and balance sheet reconciliations. Highly involved in month end activities, quarterly and year-end reports, in addition to providing support in the preparation of data for monthly tax payments, annual budget and weekly cash forecasting.

Your Responsibilities

-Processing of accounting entries for the 4 corporate entities

-Accounts payable process from audit of invoices, system posting to the bank proof of payment submission to vendors.

-Generation of electronic invoice of Real Estate entity and collection activities

-Audit and GL recording of Concur expense reports and cash advances.

-Balance sheet reconciliations for all entities such as intercompany accounts, VAT, accrual accounts, among others

-Bank accounts reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies

-Real estate accounting, month end activities and tax reporting

-High participation in closing activities

-Reporting for tax provisional payment determination, monthly and quarterly information for tax and legal purposes

-Cash requirements forecast for USD and MXN

-Payroll request for cash advances and expense reimbursements audited and approved.

-VAT reporting and other related activities

-Fixed assets management, GL, and reporting activities

Who we are looking for

-Accounting or Finance degree.

-2 years in similar positions.

-Strong Microsoft office skills.

-SAP, One Stream as a plus.

-English 50%.

-Closing, forecasting, and budgeting participation.
