GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Team leader on assembly lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company objectives through strategies and teamwork.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● Professional or technical preparation.
● 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or staff leader.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
● English 50%
● Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
● Basic knowledge of troubleshooting tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D's).
● Leadership
● Teamwork
● Ease of speech, good communication
● Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Analytical
● Decision making, negotiation, personnel oriented.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Respect and comply with security policies.
● Meet safety metrics 0 accidents, 5 OPS's per week.
● Participate and/or lead Security gembas.
● Participate and/or lead in improvements to processes / Workshops / phases of new models.
● Participate and/or lead quality problem solution meetings.
● Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
● Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoiding line stoppages, sticking to the production plan.
● Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
● Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO:.
● Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
● Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
● Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
