In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Work across multiple business systems to develop consistent and translatable standard methodologies for Materials Management, Master Planner/Scheduler, and Materials Resource Planner functions. Engage directly with key planning leadership and materials teams within the Americas factories to train on best practices and ensure compliance with standard processes. Provide leadership and spearhead the data migrations across ERPs during product line transitions and factory moves/consolidations or acquisitions. Manage the planning aspects of product migrations from new product/design phase to full release. Drive inventory management through hard-working forecasting as part of the regional Americas SIOP process. Support development and implementation of improved tools and systems to assist in predictive analytics. Periodic travel to the Americas factories within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Travel can increase during product or site transitions. Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or similar. Planning experience. Ability and willingness to travel internationally. Fluent English Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation ability. Ability to lead and work within teams in a matrixed environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Conversational or better Spanish. Specific ERP experience in Oracle, SAP, and Baan. Our Offer To You:
