As a Accounting Analyst you will Perform Bank Account reconciliation and will have the opportunity to Perform Country Liquidity and Treasury related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Bank Accounts reconciliations, posting and follow up on open items.

Perform Cash sweeps/remittances/fund transfers in liner/agency books.

Perform Country Liquidity and Treasury related tasks.

Manage internal performance-based reporting by using Control Dashboards elements and similar tools.

Execute general management and ad-hoc reporting tasks.

Manage and provide required information for account reconciliation process (including troubleshooting tasks such as clearing of pending lines and/or issues)

Perform accounting processes, such as: purchase orders (PO) and purchase invoices (PI) creation, balance matching, posting of external bank statements, posting of In-House-Bank statements, technical accounts clearing and In-House-Bank interest rates calculation.

Keep up with A.P. Møller – Mærsk accounting principles, local accounting guidelines and internal manuals.

We are looking for:

Complete academic background in Accounting, Finance or related fields.

At least 2 years of experience in accounting processes such as the ones mentioned above.

Knowledge in ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

English Level (oral and written): Intermediate (B1+) (Required).

Knowledge in reporting tasks and local GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Proficient in MS Office tools such as: Excel, Word, among others.
