Role:Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Guadalajara & MexicoCity (Hybrid)

Salesforce SolutionArchitect

The Salesforce Solution Architect is afull-lifecycle role that partners closely with the business and developers toensure system integrity and scalability. The architect combines a deepunderstanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen toevaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align withbusiness objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring sales and marketingsuccess by driving significant business value with existing and new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform system administration and declarative automation. Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases. Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs. Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-proof. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time. Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development. Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members. Work with product to help define and refine requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Salesforce Architect certification Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms. Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings and other declarative controls and automation. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Strong communication
