Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Client Overview:

Sagan is representing a leading commercial service company specializing in heavy commercial equipment contracts with industrial and commercial sites. The company is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Analyst to assist in the critical implementation of service agreements and preventative maintenance contracts into their new system.

Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be essential in migrating and entering service agreements and preventative maintenance contracts from a legacy system into a new one. Your role will primarily focus on accurately entering data, ensuring the seamless transition of essential contractual information. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, quick learning capabilities, and strong critical thinking skills to handle nuanced contract data effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter service agreements and preventative maintenance contracts into the new system from the legacy system.
  • Manage the entry of approximately 400 contracts, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Identify and handle the different types of service agreements, adapting entry methods as needed.
  • Create and manage checklists associated with contracts.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within the specified timeline.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to resolve any issues or questions regarding the contracts.
  • Maintain responsiveness and availability during business hours for any required meetings or check-ins.
  • Assist with any additional data entry tasks that may arise during the implementation process.

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to different types of contracts.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to handle complex and nuanced data entry tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
