*5+years of experience as a full-stack engineer. Skilled enough onfrontend

and backend to move quickly and alsomaintain high-quality ofoutput

*Seniorengineer, with at least 3+ years of experience with Node.js andReact

*Able to operateindependently, without much guidance/support, and to unblockthemselves if stuck on something whilecoding

*Able to think about the user experienceand product impact while deciding how tobuild

*Passion andability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, andambiguousenvironment

*Cares aboutshipping high-quality products, and believes that details matter increating a delightful userexperience

*Self-driven,and able to work on a mix of open ended-experiment ideas andprojects with detailedspecifications

*Thinkslike an owner, and has excellent written and oral communicationskills
