Role Overview:
As a Management Consultant in our division, you will driveorganizational transformation, strategic planning, and process optimization.You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understandcomplex business problems, conduct data analysis, formulate strategies, andexecute impactful transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams andclient stakeholders to analyze and dissect complex business problems related todecarbonization, Electric Vehicle, battery energy storage, renewables,microgrids, and others. Lead strategic initiatives emphasizingoperational excellence, financial optimization, and sustainable growth. Design, test, and implement business solutions,ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs. Provide thought leadership and insights tosupport decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct research and analysis on power and fuelmarkets, using internal modeling tools to inform client deliverables.Qualifications and Experience:
BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance,Engineering, Technology, Applied Science, or a related discipline. An MBA, MS,or equivalent is highly desirable. Prior experience in a consultancy role would beadvantageous.Skills & Competencies:
Core Capabilities
Proficiency in business analysis tools andmethodologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,especially Excel and PowerPoint. Aptitude for learning new analytic softwareswiftly and effectively. Ability to operate independently andcollaboratively within diverse teams in a dynamic setting. Outstanding consulting skills, includingeffective communication, analytical prowess, and presentation skills. Consistent track record of deliveringhigh-quality project deliverables on time. Driven and motivated to ensure client success.Preferred Skills or Willingness to Learn:
Financial modeling relating to project financingand energy asset valuations. Familiarity with software such as MicrosoftAccess, Aurora, Plexos. Proficiency in programming languages likePython, SQL, Visual Basic. Statistical and mathematical modeling.Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the US for clientengagements (up to 10%). This position is remote.Why Siemens?
