Sera responsable de gestionar, diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar los diferentes planes de asesoramiento y reforzamiento de los procesos administrativos y operativos en el área de Retail. Es responsable de garantizar que se cumpla con los procesos comerciales, administrativos y operativos de los puntos de acceso Retail a cargo, que conlleve al cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, satisfacción del cliente, así como garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos operativos, así como asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. Identificar las necesidades operativas de manera oportuna creando herramienta de entrenamiento para solución a las mismas.
1.Brindar apoyo a la gerencia en el seguimiento y cumplimiento de los cursos mandatorios correspondientes al área.
2.Desarrollo de material para el refuerzo de los procesos operativos, comerciales, administrativos y servicio al cliente.
3.Supervisar el cumplimiento de la Promesa Púrpura mediante estándares de servicio (Customer Experience).
4. Implementar, ejecutar y monitorear las pláticas de asesoramiento/entrenamiento permanente y continuo.
5.Planificar y organizar las pláticas de asesoramiento/entrenamiento optimizando los tiempos para la ejecución.
6.Realizar visitas a los centros de envió para garantizar y asegurar la correcta aplicación de los procesos, identificando oportunidades que permitan desarrollar nuevos materiales de entrenamiento para una mejora continua.
7.Generación de reportes, comunicados, material de soporte dirigidos a la gerencial y la alta gerencia.
8.Acompañamiento en los planes de desarrollo e integración de nuevos programas o herramientas.
9.Generar actualizaciones y mejoras a los cursos y materiales existentes.
10. Acompañamiento en el plan desarrollo e integración a colaboradores de nuevo ingreso y/o cambio de posición.
11. soporte y acompañamiento al área de training (reuniones de trabajo, planeaciones, facilitador para certificación, etc.)
