Supervisa las actividades de los tecnicos de IT.Identificar y abordar proactivamente problemas y cuellos de botella en las operaciones de IT.Gestionar contratos de servicio analizando e identificando oportunidades de mejora en los términos y condiciones de estos.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos interdepartamentales para garantizar la alineación de la tecnología con las necesidades de negocio dentro de los lineamientos de IT del corporativo.Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de interacciones directas con los usuarios.Soluciona de manera oportuna incidentes o tareas que están dentro del alcance y la experiencia del Service Desk.Revisar todos los incidentes, tareas, preguntas y otros problemas recibidos por parte de los diferentes departamentos que requieran soporte.Fijar metas para la resolución de las problemáticas presentadas con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.Escalar las problemáticas al área de Sistemas del Corporativo para agilizar el tiempo de respuesta de estos.Completar el trabajo de acuerdo con los procedimientos y normas apropiados.Cumple estrictamente con todos los requerimientos relacionados con la seguridad establecidas en la compañía.Responsable de proporcionar equipo y entrenamiento sobre su funcionamiento a los departamentos que lo requieran.Control y registro del uso de equipos de cómputo.Mantener inventario exacto de las herramientas y equipos de trabajo de las cuales es responsable.Colaborar con el equipo del Corporativo para dar mantenimiento a los sistemas y equipos incluyendo copias de seguridad, almacenamiento, servidores, sistemas operativos, bases de datos, aplicaciones, etc.Identificar y escalar todas las vulnerabilidades de seguridad u otros riesgos comerciales.Documentar procesos y actualizar regularmente la base de conocimientos para asegurar las mejores soluciones y resultados consistentes son posibles, incluyendo la prestación de servicios a los usuarios, el uso de servicios y la administración de servicios.
Experiencia previa y/o Certificados: Universidad Terminada (preferentemente en sistemas).Manejo de Proveedores.Trabajar con éxito en un entorno de colaboración acelerado y orientado al equipo.Conocimiento del marco ITIL o modelos similares para el flujo de trabajo de TI.Solución de problemas de sitios web y problemas de acceso a Internet.Conocimiento general y aplicaciones comunes en Windows, Mac y dispositivos móviles.Impresoras multifuncionales, personales y de etiquetas (zebras).Telefonía y sistemas de colaboración de audio y vídeo.Conectividad de red inalámbrica y por cable, incluyendo cableado básico y soporte de puertos de switch.Los permisos de almacenamiento, la capacidad y la copia de seguridad.Experiencia en redes.Infraestructura en servidoresPaqueteria Office 365 (One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams)El conocimiento de las leyes y prácticas de privacidad de datos aplicables es deseableMicrosoft Active Directory y otro software de administración y monitoreo de infraestructuraSistemas de cliente y servidor de Microsoft WindowsApple Mac OS y dispositivos móvilesServidor Linux y HPUXVMwareCompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, Cisco o certificaciones similares deseablesConocimiento de terminals de radiofrecuencia (RF Guns)Conocimiento en sistema CITRIX.

Para laborar en sitio- no remoto, Ubicacion de la planta - 3ra etapa del rio con Blvd.Terán Terán.
Lunes a Viernes de 7am a 5pm 
Salario semanal con prestaciones superiores a las de ley.
