THE ROLE
Wella is seeking an individual to join the External Operations (EXO) Quality department, responsible for administrative tasks in quality for Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs). The role is part of the Americas EXO Quality team, located in the US and in Mexico. The position covers various activities and projects to analyze complain reports, document non-conformances, routine product release and other administrative tasks related to Quality function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages regular product inspections and the release process in SAP Reports, manages, and investigates product non-conformances and complaints in collaboration with the TPM and relevant internal functions on Daily basis Performs Complain Trend Analysis on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly Scorecard for all Americas TPMs Reviews Batch records, COAs and communicates with TPM for any discrepancy. Manages Accessory & Appliance TPMs Manages small internal projects, such as the implementation of a tool to analyze finished good release times Conducts routine Health Check product inspection and evaluates the observations Completes other administrative tasks or small projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience as Quality administrator in the Cosmetics industry or other Proficient to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), SAP or other database access tools Strong communication skills (internally and externally) Strong team player Must have Excellent verbal and written English skills, Spanish and Portuguese is a plusDesirable
Experience with management of non-conformances including systematic problem-solving tools Basic understanding of manufacturing processes including Making, Filling and Packing processes Mindset of continuous improvement Customer and results oriented way of working
