Únete al equipo en un rol de Health and Safety Analyst para garantizar las normas de calidad y seguridad del personal.
Principales Responsabilidades:- Control, actualización y análisis de toda la data del departamento, incluyendo KPI, condiciones inseguras, incidentes, cambios, planes de acción y sus acciones correctivas
- Fungir como subject matter expert, regulador, consultor, capacitador y auditor en materia de H&S: Normativa mexicana, ATEX estándares Ferrero, FM Global, programas y proyectos de Ferrero), análisis de riesgos y permisos de trabajo.
- Gestión de incidentes incluyendo registro, capacitación, documentación, comunicación, análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
- Control de presupuesto del departamento (OPEX y CAPEX), requisitor en SAP y control de activos de H&S.
- Elaboración, actualización y comunicación de documentos de H&S.
- Evaluación de procedimientos, proyectos y cambios de otros departamentos.
- Responsable del sitio local de intranet de H&S (SharePoint).
- Responsable de los procesos de EPP, permiso de trabajo, LOTOTO, sustancias químicas, brigadas de emergencia y equipo móvil.
- Conocimiento en análisis de riesgo y permisos laborales
- Experiencia en gestión de incidentes (capacitaciones, documentación, proyecto de mejora)
- Experiencia min de 2 años en puesto similar
- Facilidad de comunicación y redacción
- Conocimiento en actividades administrativas (Reportes, órdenes de compras, contacto con proveedores)
- Conocimiento de instalación de equipos de seguridad
- Carreras en Ing. Industrial, ambiental, o afín.
- Inglés básico-Intermedio
