Key Responsibilities:

Analyze quality incidents on field for Mexico market and issue Technical Reports for the management of a prompt solution by R&D, PQE or MFG in the DRIVE system. Collect warranty parts from Mexico Market reported trough SICAT / SIS system for its evaluation and incident claim confirmation with responsible areas. Follow up with other TCS markets (GCC, NSA, EUR) for issues reported for NMEX manufacturing vehicles. Attend and understand the voice of the customer in their dissatisfactions to provide a solution. Emission of technical reports on product quality incidents for national and imported vehicles (CBU). Capable to analyze and keep the 3/12MIS Initial Quality KPI into de guideline provided by Global NML. Capable to analyze and keep the 24/36MIS Durability Quality KPI into the guideline provided by Global NML

Education/Certifications:

Engineering Automotive Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electromechanics / Industrial or related profession.

Previous Work Experience

Quality Analyst/engineering in automotive industry. Quality Manufacturing Process engineer or Auditor in automotive industry

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Language: Advanced intermediate English Mobility: Availability to change residence to Aguascalientes once the project in Morelos is completed Travel %: 40% in Mexico to Scramble at Dealers for customer claim validation. Must have: Valid driver license. Computer Skills: Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point. Excel Macro design desirable .
