Responsibilities

Lead change and pricing management including technology changes, inflation indexation and margin improvement. Negotiate and discuss changes based on technical design background with suppliers Develop new suppliers for business​​​​​​.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of program purchasing experience including managerial/leadership experience Previous experience in automotive industry, commercial vehicle industry knowledge preferred Experience in working at large organizations with global scope purchasing responsibilities. Consistent track record in managing and negotiating with suppliers in different regions of the world. Ability to manage complex workload and to provide leadership and direction to others. Strong project management and organizational skills. Cross Functional experience and knowledge preferred Six Sigma certification preferred Visa and Passport
