*Computer Management
*Ticketing System
*Troubleshooting
*Manufacturing Process
*Knowledge in ITAC
*Have knowledge in Kepware
*Knowledge in some ticketing system could be: OTRS, Service Now
*Knowledge in Acronis
*Experience in automotive company
