Operations Management leads and integrates the efforts of a single team or multiple teams across all shifts responsible for all quality, safety, cost, reliability and quantity of the line or lines which make up the value stream. Responsible for sound people management, problem solving and project management skills. Is responsible for producing finished goods or sub-assemblies for finished goods. They can be a machine operator or a team leader who helps coordinate activities and effectiveness of a group of machine operators as they complete their shift schedules. 

Reliability/Maintenance Electrical
Reliability & Maintenance Electrical work focuses on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment including: •Installing, calibrating, and testing electrical building infrastructure, control systems, and equipment •Cutting, threading, bending, coupling, and strapping electrical conduit wiring •Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and inspecting circuits/wiring for shielding and grounding •Testing electrical equipment for safety and efficiency

```Job Overview```

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our team. As an Automation Technician, you will assist with design, build, test related automated production systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and making repairs to servos, drives and motion systems on automated production systems and secondary equipment.

```Duties```

Ability to incorporate all safety switching and safety compliance devices. Ability to troubleshoot and repair, automated production systems. Ability to write instruction and preventative maintenance manuals that include critical spares list. Troubleshoot using knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, and sensor of feedback systems, hydraulics or pneumatics. 1. Position, align or adjust work pieced or electrical parts to facility wiring or assembly. 2. Assemble adjust, repair or replace electrical component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications. Safely performs any assembly-type function, using hand, power tools, equipment and testing instrumentation. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. Clean and maintain all machinery, tools and equipment and maintain a clean working area.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Minimum of 3 years of related experience Working knowledge of PLC logic and controls. Microsoft Office skills Ability to apply previous experience and sound assembly techniquies to perform detailed written or oral instructions. Excellent time management skills, flexible to support plant flow, works with sense of urgency to meet needs of customers.
