Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Purchasing Support Analyst is the function supporting Production and Non-Production Buyers in NAO, helping on the administrative activities in Purchasing all Divisions and the process improvement, standardized tasks and KPI reporting for Purchasing Department.

MDM Bank account updates: account set up, update / change request

Master Data Management – MDM request, reporting and data improvement

Price list renewal

Creation of orders in FCS

Blocked invoices – NRFT

Price modifications in FCS, mandated price monitoring

Ariba implementation support

User expertise in the IT tools and processes (FCS, SBI, EDI, MDM, GPS, ePPAP, IPPro, EVA, e-Invoice, SIVS)

Process Improvement & Tools development support

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years experience as PP or IDP Buyer in an industrial environment, Purchasing Assistant or Purchasing Analyst.

Skills and competencies:

Interest & relevant past experience in production purchasing domain, financial or IT Process domain

Knowledge of Project Management methodology

Time Management skills

Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills

Results oriented

Ability to work in a matrix organization and with IT tools (SAP experience desired, advanced excel)

Strong written and oral communications skills

English language mandatory
