Descripción de la vacante
  • Develop a detailed project work plan
  • Maintain the mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits and minimizes costs.
  • Execute the projects according to the projects plan ensuring project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
  • Identify, manage projects risks and develop mitigating actions.
  • Manage the PDI (Preliminary Delivery Inspections)
  • Supervise the "field" phase of the project
  • Set up and update the project documentation and files.
  • Manage projects conflicts interacting with clients, team members, vendors and management.
  • Fill in and keep updated the project reports (project progress review).
  • Monitor all budgeted project change request and report t
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
  • Perform the Project Close-out.

Perfil del candidato
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management processes and procedures, strongly preferred knowledge of automated guided vehicles, material handling and robotic systems
  • Engineering, PMP certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian as a plus.
  • Travel: approximately 50% based on project requirements to execute projects.
  • Understand ethical behavior and business practices.
  • Communicate Effectively: speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions.
  • Positively influence others.
  • Automation Industry: knowledge in ASRS, AGVs, LGVs, Material Handling Systems, etc.
