GENERAL OBJETIVE

Record all financial operations on the company administrative system, keeping updated the local tax returns and administrative payments and providing to Managers accurate financial reports according to national and international standards to be useful in making business decisions.

Tareas

1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

2. Update accounts receivable, accounts payables, Bills, POs, bank books and perform reconciliations.

3. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

4. Update financial data in the system to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

5. Review taxes calculations (VAT, ISR, IVU, Patent, etc).

6. Create and classify products and accounting accounts. (Quickbooks)

7. Provide support to treasury in monitoring PO and Billing.

8. Carry out income comparison.

9. Perform bank reconciliations (Zinli, Chase, Paypal, Credit Cards).

10. Carry out and prepare monthly records in Quickbooks, Alegra and Alchavo.

11. Prepare revenue report and partner sales report.

12. Review financial statements and analyze balance account.

13. Carry out the cancellation of sales invoices and collection records.

14. Carry out the issuance of payment supplements (Mx).

15. Support all financial documents on the company drive.

16. Review, approve and validate the payment of partner invoices.

17. Review the invoices that will be paid by each of the companies: PR, USA, MX and enter them into the systems: Alchavo, Quickbooks and Alegra.

Requisitos

EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in similar positions.

ENGLISH: LEVEL Advanced.
