The Releasing, Forecasting & Supply Chain system role is responsible to aid in resolving releasing and/or supply concerns identified by their internal team and/or external business users.

This position is key to ensuring supply chain releasing processes & systems are maintained & operating as designed for business use. Exposure to cross functional teams outside of Supply Chain for example MLM, Finance, ICT and/or the external supply base, is to be expected. Coordinate with system analysts while supporting executive reporting and/or system data integrity maintenance.

Specific responsibilities include:

ERS business owner; apply approved assembly plant calendar changes, B/O & J1 updates, actualization, PC1 updates/ changesMaintain and update all information in the internal & external bluebooksRelease change summaryWeekend production schedule and distributionPlant calendarsLaunch curvesPC1 pdf’s & scheduled vs assembled docsB/O & J1 chartsRunning cross-functional meetings to streamline allocation informationMaintain Supplier call decksHost weekly supplier callRun weekly Friday 830 checklist/processDaily PC1 email communication and loss stratificationMaintain various email distributions in Lotus Notes/Google GroupsSCM System OwnerCSDS – supplier ship schedule requirementsCHIERS – supplier weekly material authorizationCollaborate & assist cross-functionally with Logistics, MLM, Platform, Demand Planning, Constraints, IRF, SCP, OSS, & ICT for various requests related to CSDS/CHIERS and/or PC1 processesRoot cause and/or redirect supplier releasing inquiries accordingly Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Operations Management, or other closely related degreeMinimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Logistics Management or related experience.Strong written and oral English communication skills including experience presenting information to large and diverse groupsStrong analytical skills. Ability to think strategically and develop/improve processes.Self-directed

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degreeExperience and understanding of STLA’s product configuration, bill of material, forecasting, releasing and purchasing systems. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Advanced analytical skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
