Position Description
As a Procurement Coordiantor at Novo Nordisk, you will: 

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms and prices, while managing supplier relationships.
  • Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions.
  • Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to proposal execution and price analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement processes and supplier evaluations, including ERP system adherence.
  • Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, managing supplier interfaces, purchase orders, and discrepancies.

 

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications
Need to have:

  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in Procurement (Indirect).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of sourcing (7 steps and e-auction), showing strong negotiation skills.
  • Management of procurement CRMs such as Coupa, Ariba, and/or Oracle.
  • Advanced level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry 
  • Experience with SAP
