As an RPO Sourcer you will play a crucial role in our client's talent acquisition process by identifying, engaging, and pipelining top-tier candidates for various positions with Siemens Energy. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and devise effective sourcing strategies to attract and connect with potential candidates.RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Candidate Sourcing:
   • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
   • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and build a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
   • Employ Boolean search strings and other advanced search techniques to maximize candidate discovery.
2. Candidate Engagement:
   • Initiate contact with candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to establish rapport and assess their fit for open positions through conducting first screening.
   • Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to generate interest and excitement about joining the organization.
   • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged and informed.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Partner closely with recruiters and participate in hiring manager intake sessions to learn their specific talent requirements and priorities.
   • Share insights and recommendations regarding sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market trends to support effective decision-making.
   • Potentially coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Avature.
   • Generate metrics related to sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and conversion rates to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Advanced english
• Solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize sourcing strategies.
