Responsible of hire, develop, motivate and evaluate direct WH personal. Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor. Manage logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastes Organize the training needs of teams Performs activities related to safety Coordinate efficient communication between all the Teams as per as shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory and internal material handling teams. Supervise production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor’s activities1. Environmental aspects and impacts
