Responsibilities

1.Internal reporting and escalation reports and escalates to program manager and his/her plant manager.

2.Coordinates the tasks for the launch phase of the plant’s involved departments (Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production)

3.Monitors and coordinates the plant related tasks within the plant under consideration of the overall project scope.

4.Shares know how in launch phase from the plant with the project team.

5.Reports status and measures both to PM and within the defined Plant Communication structure to ensure clear awareness of Plant project deliverables, gaps and necessary actions in launch phase.

6.Supports risk assessment in regards to plant schedules, plant resources, cost and timelines given from the project management.

7.Ensure pre-series builds in launch phase

8.Ensure production readiness for pre-series and SOP according the project planning.

9.Coordination of different running projects and project tasks between the plant and the related program managers / project teams.


Requirements

-Engineering degree

- at least 5 years in manufacturing areas

-3 years working in new launches process

-experience monitoring the APP phases, scalation when an issue can´t be solved,

-bussiness – Automotriz mandatoria.

-APQP process full domain

-Bilingual.

-MS project, desirable (excel, gantts, power BI -desirable)

- Proficient Excel.

Ability to lead and motivate other

.Knowledge of project-planning tools

Basic business, IT, financial and communication skills

.Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence

.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a resource plan, incl. change management

Familiar with manufacturing and logistic processes and production methods

Profound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kaizen, Kanban, …

Strong mathematical and analytical rienced moderator and teambuilding know-how
