What Security contributes to Cardinal Health
Security implements measures to safeguard the company's assets from circumstances and threats that would cause harm or loss.
Security ensures the credentialing of visitors, provides surveillance of the company's facilities, enforces regular security standards and procedures, responds to security crises, and manages relationships with security vendors.
Qualifications
What is expected of you and others at this level
*Asegurar el adecuado mantenimiento y seguimiento a los estándares y programas de seguridad patrimonial de la
Compañía.
*Contribuir a mantener adecuadamente los programas de seguridad de la cadena logística: CTPAT/OEA, etc.
*Asegurar el adecuado mantenimiento y seguimiento al programa de "Travel Security" de la Compañía.
*Contribuir a mantener el lugar de trabajo seguro y libre de riesgos.
*Hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad patrimonial del Site.
*Desarrollar e impartir entrenamiento sobre consciencia/estar alerta al respecto de la seguridad patrimonial.
*Mantener actualizado el perfil de seguridad patrimonial del Site
*Realizar anualmente la auto evaluación de seguridad patrimonial del Site.
*Conducir/revisar las investigaciones iniciales de incidentes para presentar a la Dirección del Site, y a la gerencia de
seguridad patrimonial
*Búsqueda y análisis de inteligencia sobre riesgos de delitos que puedan afectar a los empleados o al negocio.
*Administrar/auditar/asegurar funcionalidad de los componentes de tecnología de seguridad patrimonial: cctv, video,
control de accesos, detección de intrusión, radios troncales o medios de comunicación de seguridad patrimonial,
botones de pánico, etc.
*Coordinación de proyectos con el departamento de tecnologías de seguridad patrimonial de la empresa.
*Relativo a Control de Accesos: administrar/auditar/asegurar funcionalidad del manejo de llaves físicas, chapas y
candados de la empresa del sistema de torniquetes de control de acceso, etc.
*Relativo al sistema de cctv, videograbación y control de accesos: verificación diaria del funcionamiento de los
sistemas-cámaras funcionando, sistemas grabando, lectoras y chapas electromagnéticas operando, niveles de
accesos funcionando lógicamente coordinación con proveedores para reparaciones. Realizar pruebas mensuales
específicas.
*Relativo a sistemas de cctv y grabación de video: equilibrar adecuadamente la cobertura de cámaras en el Site así
como tiempos de grabación por cámara, considerando las distintas áreas o funciones a apoyar en la empresa:
seguridad patrimonial, 'Global Trade, Seguridad Industrial, 'EHS', Calidad, Producción, Recursos Humanos, Excelencia
Operacional, departamento Medico, procesos de negocios.
*Supervisión diaria y cercana al servicio de seguridad contratado -guardias de seguridad- para asegurar el
cumplimiento de contrato: trabajo hecho apropiadamente, corregir deficiencias, intervenir en situaciones que los
guardias no puedan resolver, entrenamientos, verificar proveer entrenamientos, análisis de rotación, generación de
reportes, etc.
*Revisar y verificar la facturación de servicios de seguridad contratados antes de proceder con pagos.
*Trabajar en conjunto y dar soporte a las áreas y equipos de operación en temas de prevención de perdidas.
*Ser el punto de contacto en visitas no programadas de la autoridades -Policías, Investigadores, etc.- a la Planta.
*Dirigir junto con el área de comercio global los programas relativos a seguridad de la cadena logística.
*Dar soporte al programa de seguridad para viajeros: respuesta a incidentes, transportación terrestre, seguridad en
hotel, etc.
*Dar soporte al área de tecnologías de la seguridad de la Empresa para mantener actualizados los sistemas relativos a
cctv, control de accesos, detección de intrusión perimetral, interacción con otros sistemas como el detección y
supresión de incendios, etc.
*Proveer respuesta de soporte en caso necesario en base 24/7.
*Reportar en 'línea punteada' con el Director de la Planta o con los 'suplentes' que el designe.
*Contribuir a cualquier otra actividad dentro del área de influencia del puesto que la planta requiera.
* Dar soporte en el cumplimiento del Sistema y Política de Calidad
* Es responsable de verificar por buenas prácticas de documentación antes de firmar todos los documentos
controlados que formen parte del Sistema de Control de Calidad.
* Participar activamente en excelencia operacional, dentro del área de influencia del puesto.
* Involucramiento en los Valores y Éticas de Cardinal Health
* Verificar que todos los empleados entiendan tanto los procedimientos de emergencia como los procedimientos de
presentación de informes de peligros.
* Orientar de inmediato y asesorar a empleados que se involucran en conductas riesgosas.
