Job Description

Manufacturing Learning & Development Manager 

Requirement 

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.

Proven work experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of training principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.

Familiarity with various training methods and techniques, including e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches. 

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. 

Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.

Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools to create and deliver training content.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure training program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Role & Responsibility 

Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and objectives based on organizational goals and individual employee requirements.  Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. Design, create, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and materials, that ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to engage and motivate learners. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of necessary resources and facilities.  Evaluate training program effectiveness and gather feedback through various assessment methods, such as surveys, quizzes, and observations.  Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and make appropriate adjustments to the training programs accordingly.  Monitor and align to the training budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions are implemented. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development and incorporate relevant innovations into the training programs.  Collaborate with external training providers and subject matter experts when necessary to enhance the training offerings.  Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and facilitators, ensuring high-quality delivery of training programs.  Keep track of employee training records, certifications, and competencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
