PowerApps Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop scalable and robust PowerApps solutions to address various business needs and challenges.
• Customize and extend existing PowerApps applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, to create seamless workflows and data connections.
• Implement best practices for PowerApps development, including data modeling, user interface design, and security implementation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PowerApps solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your expertise and insights to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in PowerApps development, and evaluate new tools and features to enhance our development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PowerApps development.
• Must have been working on PowerApps for at least the last 2 years.
• Proficiency in designing and developing custom PowerApps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (Flow) and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Functions.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate) are a plus.
