We will count on you to:

Conduct and management of operational activities related with Collections Operations. Lead and supervise a team of Collections accountants. Be responsible for deciding on skills development and coaching to the team. Define the strategies and execute the plan hand in hand with the team in order to get collection forecast. Identify opportunities for improvement in Collections skills. Take care of accounting processes, ensuring accurate processing, recording, and reporting of financial information. Review and improve processes to achieve and maintain global standardization. Support the robust control environment and ensure compliance with all relevant standards Ensure that developed KPIs are met. Assist with auditors and audit requirements. Prepare ad hoc analyses as assigned. Partner with key stakeholders on various projects and company initiatives Review internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations to management for improvement. Assists and leads implementation of process changes and projects

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Mininum 3-4 years of accounting experience preferably in multinational corporation, and proven leadership experience required, with a focus on goal setting and coaching Advanced English Language on Business and Accounting terms (Writing, speaking and listening). Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables/Vlookups). Proactivity and accountability. Ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives. Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team-oriented leader, able to work independently but also lead cross-functionally. Strong analytical, problem solving, follow-up skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.

What makes you stand out?

Working knowledge of ERP Accounting systems (Oracle Financials/SAP) is desirable. Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial. Experience managing global processes and projects preferred. Growth mindset.
