Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Accounting Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, specifically at the Torre Mayor office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for the implementation and application of the collections module, conducting variance analysis, and preparing semi-annual reports for the regional team. You will also track unapplied cash and provide critical support in accounting operations.

We will count on you to:

Implement and apply the collections module and data entry processes. Conduct variance analysis and prepare semi-annual reports for the regional team. Monitor and follow up on unapplied cash transactions. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate critical thinking in accounting tasks.

What you need to have:

A degree in Accounting. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles. Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency. Familiarity with Oracle software.
