KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the coordination, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various ERP business systems and databases.
- Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Digital solutions.
- Coordinates, configures, develops, tests and deploys new and existing systems for optimal use.
- Coordinates trainings on systems for relevant end users.
- Coordinates sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.
- Developing, configuring, and customizing in ServiceNow to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems.
- Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD module is preferred.
- Fluent conversational English level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in either computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar.
