Funciones:

Brindar apoyo administrativo en general al área Ayudar en la preparación del presupuesto, seguimiento al proceso de proveedores y elaboración al reporte mensual de gastos , varianzas y el balance del presupuesto. Preparar mensualmente informes de gastos de las herramientas de compra asignadas y soportar a otros según aplique. Ayudar en la entrada de datos al sistema de gestión de mantenimiento y al sistema de gestión de calidad en SAP. Dar seguimiento al pago de proveedores. Organizar las reservas de viajes / compra de boletos de avión y hoteles. Coordinar con los departamentos apropiados el uso de choferes y transporte en helicóptero. Participar activamente en roles suplementarios según sean asignados. Promover constantemente buenas prácticas de trabajo y la cultura de seguridad de la empresa.

Requerimientos mínimos:

Licenciatura en administración o afín. 3 años de experiencia como mínimo dando soporte administrativo, administrando presupuestos, y llevando a cabo el control de gastos. Conocimientos en informática, capaz de manejar programas como Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Conocimiento del sistema SAP. Fuertes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle y comunicación. Capacidad para priorizar tareas y carga de trabajo. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y de manera independiente. Integridad, confiabilidad y discreción. Dominio del idioma Ingles (Intermedio necesario)
