Job Title: Business Analyst IT Customer Service - O2C (Order To Cash)

Para fortalecer nuestro IT Supply Chain HUB en México, estamos buscando un Analista de Negocios de TI para completar nuestro Departamento de Servicio al Cliente de la Cadena de Suministro.

Bajo la supervisión y orientación de su Líder de la Comunidad de Práctica principal y el Gerente de Producto con sede en Barcelona, usted será responsable de uno o varios productos dentro de un grupo de productos y será responsable de apoyar al Gerente de Producto en la implementación, mejora y mantenimiento de las aplicaciones de Gestión de Pedidos. Será responsable de colaborar con el negocio para comprender, traducir y consolidar los requisitos comerciales, definir el MVP (Producto Mínimo Viable), validar los resultados, apoyar su implementación y recopilar comentarios para el backlog/mapa de productos.

 

Un día en la vida de…

 

  • Apoya al Gerente de Producto y al área funcional de Customer Service en el desarrollo de la estrategia tecnológica, a través de la mejora continua del producto.

  • Analiza, documenta y prueba el desarrollo de programas, lógica, los flujos de procesos y las especificaciones.

  • Documenta los materiales de capacitación para los productos.

  • Brinda capacitación a los usuarios finales, equipos de implementación y soporte.

  • Apoya el análisis y la resolución de problemas de solución.

  • Diseña escenarios de negocios y casos de uso para la combinación de productos, incluida la introducción del producto, las especificaciones y la gestión de cambios necesarios para maximizar su valor.

  • Trabaja con los gerentes de productos de IS/IT para definir el producto mínimo viable.

  • Garantiza mediante retroalimentación que los MVP definidos realmente proporcionarán el valor deseado.

  • Identifica oportunidades de mejora para la automatización de procesos.

 

Qué te hará exitoso en la posición…

 

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería u otra disciplina relacionada. Un título de MBA sería una ventaja.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia relevante en análisis de negocios en un área funcional relevante.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes de negocios.
  • Consultor SAP SD.
  • Experiencia en proyectos, mejora y actividades de sostenibilidad dentro de la cadena de suministro.
  • Experiencia en comunicación efectiva a diferentes niveles de la organización y en inglés y español. El conocimiento de portugués sería una ventaja.
  • Comprensión del paisaje básico del sistema y de los estándares de protección de datos y seguridad.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de desarrollo de software (por ejemplo, Agile y Waterfall).
  • Experiencia trabajando en un entorno Agile/DevOps utilizando la metodología de pensamiento de diseño.
  • Comprensión de los procesos comerciales y capacidad para traducirlos en requisitos de aplicación.
  • Conocimiento de SAP ECC, EDI, BW y Analytics.
  • Conocimiento en facturación y facturación electrónica en otros mercados de América Latina.
  • Conocimiento en SAP Fiori y S/4 HANA sería una ventaja.
  • Captura de demanda e integración de comercio electrónico.
  • Conocimiento en precios, descuentos y facturación.
  • Comprensión de la complejidad empresarial y las interdependencias (integración de funciones cruzadas).
  • Experiencia trabajando en un entorno global y con equipos virtuales sería una ventaja.
  • Conocimiento en soluciones en la nube, IA, IoT, Design Thinking y Scrum sería una ventaja.
