As our Spare Officer , you will be responsible for supporting Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor regarding spares related activities, such as material identification, availability check, material identification, material requisition processing, material reservation and stock transfer.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Support VA personnel with identification of material needed Identifying best source of supply for urgent material requests Checking availability for needed material Responsible for reviewing material requests from Technicians with Maintenance Supervisor In emergency cases responsible of arranging pick up or delivery of material from one location to another Responsible for creation of material requisitions or reservation for material needed in emergency cases not being available in frontline storage locations (only for call outs or unplanned service repairs) Responsible for extending new materials to local offering Log and monitor material related cases

What do you need to be successful?

Minimum education required: high school completed or truncated Bachelor´s Degree. At least 3 years as a Project Administrator or managing processes. Excel (formulas, pivot tables, table export) Familiar with SAP Desirable English skills
