We are looking for your talent Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, among others.

Main responsibility:

Nilfisk is looking for an Engineer for manging Engineering changes for its correct implementation in facility, Responsable for Master data and Plan to Manufacturing BOMs, Routings, Prod Versions, Calssifications, etc)  and suport in new projects. She or He will be working in the department of Global Manufacturing in Queretaro part of Global Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Problem Report, and Engineering Change Request processes - PDMLink

  • Perform factory Egineering Changes Notice (ECN) implementation.

  • Coordinate meetings for new ECNs and guide meetings to follow up status for implementation of ECNs.

  • Keep BOMs, effective dates, items, up to date in SAP

  • Define the proper bill of material - SAP

  • Define the necessary tasks, communicate, and follow-up the activities for Master Data - SAP

  • Assist on various projects as assigned, maintain deliverables in industrialization phases

  • Register, update product technical related changes in SAP system - provide bill of material for production acc. to the SAP engineer guide

  • Ensure effective internal and external communication of technical changes and new product parameters.

  • Maintain deliverables in industrialization phases

  • Investigating Issues - Ability to develop expertise, adopt practical approaches and providing insights

  • Handle inquiries regarding all technical issues, information requests, provide tech-nical support for sales, marketing, procurement, purchasing and for suppliers (ques-tions, requests)

  • Attend weekly meetings and provide status updates and reports for Projects

Qualifications & skills:

  • Experience 0-3 years in the industry

  • Industrial Engineer or Mechanical or similar

  • Oral and written English (advance)

  • ERP system or SAP is a plus

  • Drawings interpretation

  • Engineering changes

Must have:

Advanced English.
