Your Key Responsibilities
Undergraduate to support the current Schaeffler-Vitesco training data integration. Support to all the Schaeffler Academy regional team on the LMS and SF SAP training systems. Data analysis for future trainings required for both companies to be implemented during Integration. Co-Responsible for the project "Mandatory trainings merge between Schaeffler and Vitesco in Region Americas. Learn and implement improvements to both LMS system and SF SAP learning system from Vitesco. Undergraduates who work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience during an academic education. Master data management throughout the two LMS systems available in both companies. Held learning meetings to all the users in the region to know/ understand the new system. Communication strategy with stakeholders on the awareness on the coming new mandatory trainings during the Integration Content Creation and trainings adaptability in SCORM package with Articulate and Camtasia software.Your Qualifications
Advanced English. Advanced Excel. Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems. Basic knowledge of Content creation (Learning, Communication, guidelines) Basic Knowledge (Desirable) on Articulate and Camtasia software Proactive and eager to learn about how LMS Systems are implemented and improved. Good data analytics to support decision-making. Comfortable working with intercultural teams (Brasil, USA, Canada, Germany, and Mexico).
