Supervisor de Producción
Objetivo del puesto
Implementar el Sistema de Producción Forvia (FES) para asegurar el cumplimiento a los estándares y así gestionar en forma oportuna el rendimiento de la producción, la administración de personal y los procesos de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (HSE) los Grupos de Producción Autónomos cargo (GAP) a su cargo.
Actividades principales (enunciativas, no limitativas)
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la producción en base al PDP del área. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los 8 Básicos de Calidad y sus auditorias constantes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de Calidad en el producto en base a los requerimientos internos y de cliente. Asegurar y garantiza rastreabilidad en componentes y productos terminados en sus líneas Asegurar que la producción en el sistema SAP sea cotejada con la información generada. Garantizar se realicen las juntas de Top 5 al inicio de turno de su personal a cargo. Verificar que los tiempos de ciclo de equipo y personal operador sea conforme a el trabajo estándar Asegurar el correcto desarrollo de habilidades de su personal a través de Polivalencia y Plan de Entrenamiento de cambio de categorías. Busca solución de problemas de producción a través de la herramienta KATA – QRCI y escalación de problemas Reporta las incidencias de Nómina de su personal a cargo en tiempo y forma Impulsar las acciones de mejora del equipo. Dirigir las iniciativas QCDP y monitoreo de Indicadores de su área. Realizar el seguimiento de Ausencias de su personal a cargo. Garantizar el cumplimiento de Estándar del Empaque designado por el Cliente. Coordinar con HSE aspectos ergonómicos del personal a su cargo. Realiza el Plan de producción de fin de semana y gestiona la asistencia del personal a su cargo Realizar acciones de eficiencia en conjunto con el departamento de manufactura. Da cumplimiento a la Rutina de Supervisor definida. Asegura el cumplimiento del trabajo estandarizado en línea de producción. Define y asegura en conjunto con gap líder los objetivos de polivalencia. Cumplir con el código de ética y reportar cualquier falta a lo que éste marcaResponsabilidades en el Sistema de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente
Participar activamente en todas las actividades y programas de la empresa (Calidad, Ideas de Mejora, Entrenamiento, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente etc.) que apliquen de acuerdo con las actividades propias de la posición. Cumplir con la política Ambiental, de Salud y Seguridad (FAS HSE); así como con los procedimientos de cuidado a la Seguridad y Medio ambiente que apliquen en su área de trabajo. Reporta los peligros, riesgos, aspectos e impactos ambientales de su área. Apoya las actividades para lograr los objetivos y metas de seguridad y ambientales. Cumplir con los procedimientos requeridos por la norma en el marco de sus responsabilidades Da solución a las acciones correctivas y preventivas que le sean requeridas y mantiene los registros. Responde oportunamente a los hallazgos de las auditorías en los que tenga injerencia.
