The Global Procurement team has an opening position of Procurement Assistant based on Mexico City
Your key responsibilities:
Development, selection and evaluation of suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capacity, Participate in the development of Procurement Strategies, Follow-up of contracts, management of situations and solutions for solving operational problems, Search for continuous improvement to achieve KPIs, Negotiate and deliver savings according to business objectives (no strategic suppliers). Calculate and report achievements periodically. Transactional activity within internal systems according to what the position requires (contracts, orders, catalogs). Support to Strategic Buyers, Internal Clients and area leaders. Compliance with Security Programs and Policies required by DuPont. Execution of temporary / permanent tasks not previously contemplated, but that are requested by the area. Compliance with Internal Controls established by the Organization. Monitoring of product / service requirements of the assigned site according to the time established within the SC. Follow-up of supplier registration requests. Supplier registrationQualifications:
