Job Description

The Gateline Sequencing Specialist:

Develop gateline schedules (sequenced orders) for NA Assembly Plants adhering to the production program, supplier, and plant constraints. Lead the order flow process for product configuration tool, build code and edit errors so that we do not impact production; includes coordinating timing for buildout models, features, and options Set timing for the introduction of new packages Lead the material restriction meeting to coordinate with all stakeholders the timing on features and the impact to orders and the production build program Collaborate with the assembly plant management for the development of launch curves for new features/programs Must be able to work with others and build consensus to solve problems Adjust schedules as required to sustain production

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams 5 + years of experience in automotive Well organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities  Excellent oral and written English communication skills Ability to multitask within tight deadlines Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments
