Objetivo de la posición

Responsable de la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivos, correctivos y servicios a moldes en máquinas de inyección de plástico y foam con calidad y profesionalismo.

Actividades principales
 Ejecutar todas las reparaciones y ajustes necesarios para mantener el equipo de producción en óptimas condiciones
 Cumplir con las actividades de rutina para mantenimiento y reparación de los moldes y las maquinas
 Llenar los reportes relacionados a sus actividades de mantenimiento, cargar ordenes de mantenimiento correctivo en sistema OPTIMAIN
 Cumplir los estándares de trabajo, seguimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo y de las reglas generales de conducta y cortesía dentro del área de trabajo dentro de un marco de respeto y cordialidad con todos sus compañeros.
 Solicitar y explicar los motivos para ir al servicio médico y es responsable de entregar la documentación o resultado de la evaluación al supervisor.
 Implementar las acciones relacionadas con los planes de mejora para el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la organización del taller en 5s
 Organizar al personal técnico de nuevo ingreso en el área de reparación de moldes de inyección de plástico.

Requisitos necesarios:

Escolaridad: Bachillerato Técnico (Maquinas Herramientas/moldes de inyección de plástico)

Experiencia: 3 Años en el puesto.

 Experiencia en máquinas de taller de maquinado.

 Reparación y ajuste de moldes de inyección de plástico.

 Fabricación de refacciones para moldes de inyección de plástico, foam y troqueles.

 Aplicación de soldadura Tig, laser y plasma.

 Manejo y movimiento de grúa hasta 50 toneladas.

Conocimiento Técnico:

 Soldadura laser , mig y plasma.

 Reparación de moldes de inyección de plástico, foam y troqueles de estampado.

 Manejo de grúa de 15 y hasta 50 tonelada.
