Estamos en la búsqueda de tu talento como ​​ Software Engineer.


Acerca del proyecto: Buscamos un Ingeniero de Software Senior para gestionar e implementar conocimientos empresariales y habilidades técnicas, desplegando y gestionando sistemas de producción y entornos de soporte con énfasis en ingeniería backend y productos y servicios centrados en PaaS. Este equipo está trabajando en una solución sin/con poco código para la automatización del flujo de trabajo. Desarrollará nuevas funciones, corregirá errores y ayudará a optimizar nuestra base de código Ruby para mejorar la escala y el rendimiento. Dependerá del Director del equipo de Ingeniería.


Será capaz de:


  • Desarrolla nuevas aplicaciones y servicios utilizando un Ruby on Rails, tecnología de microservicios, ofertas de Azure PaaS y otras tecnologías según corresponda
  • Documenta diseños arquitectónicos mediante diagramas y flujos lógicos
  • Construye y prueba nuevos diseños, formulaciones, materiales o sistemas para el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad y/o rendimiento
  • Interpreta requisitos funcionales/no funcionales e implementa soluciones de software fiables
  • Prueba nuevas aplicaciones y servicios en diversos entornos
  • Mantiene y modifica aplicaciones existentes sin supervisión
  • Estima y planifica el trabajo mediante historias de usuario y tareas.





Requisitos:
  • 5+ Años de experiencia trabajando con Ruby on Rails. 
  • 5+ Años de experiencia trabajando con Ruby. 
  • 2+ Años de experiencia trabajando con AWS. 
  • 2+ Años de experiencia trabajando con Microservicios. 
  • 2+ Años de experiencia trabajando con C#. 
  • 2+ Años de experiencia trabajando con React. 
  • 2+ Años de experiencia tutorizando a miembros del equipo. 
  • Capacidad para comunicarse profesionalmente tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
