What you will be doing

Train all front/new staff
Manage receptionists schedules and tasks
Manage rooms and beds reservations to maximize efficiency
handle groups reservation
be main contact to selian main reservation center
make sure logbook is updated and that all front reading it
Review receptionists’ reports
Manage communication with guests and deal with complaints
Manage reception inventory/stock
Order office supply materials by min and max list
PMS reports as needed
Daily and monthly reports of occupancy and incomes
Update operational system with daily activities and plans
Sinergy on the day to day operations with housekeeping and maintenance
modify and implement reception protocols
Ensure standards of customer service
Keep staff updated with new trainings
Internal communication management with front staff and managers
Authorize discounts and refunds by protocols
Ensure the good conditions of reception equipment

Facilities housekeeping and maintenance:

day to day support to the operations manager
coordinating between reception and operation manager to verify rooms are ready to receive guests
step in on absent of operations manager


What you need for the role

1-2 years of experience in reception
Team management
Bilingual
Knowledge of PMS system
Tourism /Hotel management background
