Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management in Mexico, the role of the Project Manager at Jellyfish is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting standards, and client goals.
This particular Project Manager role will have a technical focus, leaning towards management of Web Development, Data and Analytics projects while both execution and leadership will be part of a daily basis.
Qualifications
Basic-Medium English proficency. Mid-level project management fundamentals (, schedule dependency and project planning) and can exercise them on a project with guidance. Hands-on execution and leading by example 3+ years experience identifying unique project circumstances requiring escalation to team leadership. 3+ years of experience managing 5 to10 projects at a time Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with partners through regular communication and Client Plan ownership (often across multi-project work-streams). Basic experience in Risk management Mid-Experience using project management tools for task/time/resource management, plus methodologies including waterfall and Agile A passion for digital and a desire to enhance skillsWhat You'll Need
Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders at executive and managing levels Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement along with proposed solutions. Basic Experience supporting Senior Management levels plans Basic Experience in client-facing at middle managementAdvantageous
