Resumen de posición
El Ingeniero de Facilities, deberá administrarlos recursos materiales y humanos para el mantenimiento del edificio y equipos centralizados de servicios garantizando lasbuenas condiciones de los equipos productivos e infraestructura.
Responsabilidades
Asegurar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo a maquinaria, equipos e infraestructura. Coordinar mejoras a edificio y seguimiento de proyectos en infraestructura de planta, mejorando las instalaciones y asegurando se encuentren en condiciones de operación acorde a presupuesto asignado. Administración de personal requerido para ejecución de preventivo y soporte al área Edificio. Creación, administración y seguimiento de requerimientos y documentación de a cuerdo a las normas IATF, ISO, NEC, STPS.Experiencia
Ingeniería Eléctrica, electromecánica, o afin (título y cédula) 5 a;os de experiencia Conocimientos básicos en IATF. Inglés intermedio, para nomenclatura, manuales, etc. (lectura) no tiene interacciones con extranjeros Experiencia en proyectos de ahorro CDR en área de mantenimiento a edificio e infraestructura. (al menos 1) En mejorar estéticas en infraestructura de planta acorde a presupuesto de planta En definir el estándar y compra de equipos, componentes, refacciones para servicios en planta. (listado de componentes y refacciones – evaluación de opciones) En construcción y recepción de edificios y arranque de servicio nuevos en planta Análisis y detección preventiva de posibles fallas eléctricas (evaluación de riesgos) – todo el edificioLo que ofrecemos
